rventura23
on the news today, scott eyre ripped the sox saying he's not returning to chicago because his stint with the sox didnt count. However, now that hes on the right side of town, he claimed, he is excited and optimistic. I would just like to thank scott for his 6.63 and 7.56 ERAs in his last two years as a sox. TheBlackSox8
how's it not count? did he turn off the ps2, or take the memory card or controller out while saving his progress? that's a stupid comment.
Pants Rowland
QUOTE(TheBlackSox8 @ Feb 16, 2006 -> 08:57 PM) how's it not count? did he turn off the ps2, or take the memory card or controller out while saving his progress? that's a stupid comment. Remember Scott suffered from terrible ADD for some time. My guess is his brain was somewhere in outer space for much of his time on the south side. It is no wonder he can't remember it. Also, wouldn't you want to forget such a horrendous performance such as Eyre posted during his tenure here?

SSH2005
http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/baseb...rtswhitesox-hed The Sox lost out on free agents Scott Eyre and Mike Myers this winter, relegating them to a cast of unheralded candidates that includes signees Javier Lopez, Chad Bentz, Stephen Randolph and Armando Almanza as well as in-house selections Arnie Munoz and Paulino Reynoso. aboz56
I can't wait for Paulie to hit a walk off on your sorry ass during a Cubs-Sox game this year. You are a sorry specimen. God you were awful on the White Sox. Worse than Koch (is that even possible?) Have fun rotting on the Northside.
Ishmookie
The time he was referring to was pre-world champions. We'll see how much he misses the south side after we rock him for 4 runs in the bottom of the eighth. (Thome slam)

You know, the Cubs actually taking us to the bottom of the ninth.
kevin57
What is this guy's problem? This is like the third time he's dissed the White Sox. :finger
Buehrle>Wood
What's with former Sox turned Cub relievers bashing the Sox as of late?

Milkman delivers
Honestly, it's like the Cubs' organization tells these players to say bad things about the Sox. It wouldn't surprise me with that scumbag organization.
The Critic
Can't really blame Scott Eyre or Bob Howry. They're just playing to their crowd. It happens. His comments might have hurt if the Cubs meant anything to us anymore.....
whitesoxfan101
Haha so both the Cubs mediocre free agent RP signings rip on the Champs because they are jealous, and the Cubs most outspoken leader (Michael Barrett) is being all pissy too. I got 3 words for the Cubs punk ass players and punk ass fans: KISS. THE. RING.
quickman
I don't know if you caught him on tape via Local channel 7 but they showed him pitching. He is at least 25 pounds over weight. He is out of shape walking into camp. Hope his arm falls off.

NUKE_CLEVELAND
LOL!!! Methinks he's just a little bit bitter over getting punted from a team that won the Series. Dont worry Scotty, you'll surely get yourself a ring with the Cubs.......... Cracker Jack box promotion is August 23rd.
