He used to be one my favorite drivers when I watched as a kid, so its nice to see him to not only qualify for the race, but to start in the top 15. Confederate_48
Gonna be fun to watch some of those guys in the back come through the field. I wish Jr and Stewart would have qualified worse its fun watching them work through traffic. At least Mikeys back there hes been doing it all week. AddisonStSox
Very excited. Actually, I don't know what excites me more, the 500 or Goldy's new signature. That's amazing. Please keep it up--pun not intended--for the duration of the Olympics, at the very least.

TheBlackSox8
heavy fog conditions in this race and there's a little mist. Hard to see a lot of the track. hopefully it doesn't cause accidents.
WilliamTell
My favorite driver Derrike Cope didn't make it but it's been a common occurance the past 8 years or so. My "other" favorite driver Tony Stewart hopefully will have a good car for the rest of the race.

klaus kinski
Stewart flaps his mouth all week about rough driving-then acts like Stewart when a race starts. After all the words fron Helton about that kind of driving, he causes 2 wrecks and doesnt even get a lap penalty

I can't say what he was doing with Kenseth but I have a hard time believing he'd go all the way down just for that, who knows though since it doesn't appear to be anything else. Confederate_48
Im sick and tired of Hendrick winning these things. I dont know how any of the other drivers can deal with the Hendrick drivers. They start blocking on lap 1 so I cant imagine how you could help them get the lead knowing theyll do anything to keep it.
