Queen Prawn
Looks like Jon Wood made a test run at the Brickyard this morning in the Nextel Cup test session this morning. Two cars for the Wood Brothers is a very good thing. Jon didn't run too well, but Kenny did so I am hoping Jon can use whatever Kenny figured out and that Kenny doesn't forget what he figured out before the race lol. JoeBatterz
Is this two cars for the Wood Brothers a one race deal for the Brickyard or do they have plans for next season as well? Even Yates is going to struggle to find 2 drivers for next year.
Queen Prawn
They are looking at 2 for a few more races this year and eventually for it to be a full time thing.
Confederate_48
The Woods will have no problem getting drivers they can just resign Schrader and bring up Jon Wood. They have some other drivers in their organization but they arent ready to move up untill Schrader is done id imagine. Yates is also going to run his younger driver Stephen Leicht at Indy so he can move into the 88 next year if needed. If Sadler goes id say they will get a Ward Burton type guy and set themselves back a year or two.
Queen Prawn
I heard it was almost a done deal getting Ward the 38 ride with Citifinancial as his sponsor - who knows though with how things change so quickly in Nascar Silly Season.
BHAMBARONS
Kyle Busch wins at New Hampshire, JR blows an engine finishes 43rd and Stewart was wrecked by Newman while leading and finishes 37 puts him 11th in the points.

Queen Prawn
I hope he stays on fire! It is nerve-wracking that there is only about 130-150 points separating 3rd and 10th in the points standing.

Queen Prawn
I didn't see it myself, but from what I have read on several sites, Boris Said spun Ryan Newman and when Burton and someone else checked up to avoid the wreck, Skirt didn't and spun Burton. Queen Prawn
If it isn't one thing, it is a freaking 'nother. I am beginning to hate seeing him on pole. Also, Harvick is the world's worst teammate.
JoeBatterz
I still consider Kenseth and Martin to be Jeff Burton's true teammates. They always work well together. Matt and Jeff were running 1 and 2 for the 2nd straight year at the Bristol night race. Dang tires or something dropped the #31 back to 9th.
