juddling
CHICAGO -- William Ligue, the man who attacked a Kansas City Royals coach during a Chicago White Sox game, has been returned to jail on a probation violation. Cook County Court Associate Judge Joseph M. Claps ruled Friday that Ligue violated his probation when he was charged in April 2004 with breaking into a car in suburban Harvey. Ligue was ordered held on $400,000 bond Friday, said Cook County state's attorney's office spokeswoman Marcy Jensen. On Sept. 19, 2002, Ligue and his teenage son ran onto the field and attacked Kansas City first-base coach Tom Gamboa. Ligue was sentenced to 30 months probation. Prosecutors had sought five years in prison for the attack on Gamboa, who suffered a loss of hearing. On Friday, Claps scheduled Ligue's sentencing on the probation violation for March 10. Ligue's status hearing in the burglary case is set for Feb. 21. i didn't see or hear this this weekend and i'm not sure if it was posted. either way all i can say is Mr. Ligue....... :finger :finger SUCKS TO BE YOU!!!!
