jackie hayes
QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jul 22, 2006 -> 12:06 AM) Russ Ortiz' WHIP is now 40 points higher than Francisco Liriano's ERA. Aw, it's not that high. I know he's working himself up to a 42.00 whip, but I don't think he's even hit the 20s yet.

jackie hayes
QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jul 22, 2006 -> 12:24 AM) I have no idea what you're talking about Eh, okay. Sticking with the Orioles, guess who's back? The great Fernando Tatis. Reports of his demise were greatly exaggerated. I don't like bumping anything before my time, but, for fun, here ya go. He's been gone so long that there's hardly any mention of him in the history of Soxtalk. Hurry to your waiver wire before it's too late!!!

I wonder why that is? Also, Brad Radke announced he'll retire after this year.
Chisoxfn
After Beltre gave the M's a lead in the 8th with an inside the parker, Varitek tied things up with a HR but than Sexson went yard on a walkoff in the bottom half of the 9th. Mariners Beat the BoSox.

loltrain
QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 23, 2006 -> 05:45 PM) Manny. This one was a team effort, Crisp and various cutoff men also blew it.

But everything Manny does in the outfield is just hilarious. He picks it up, slips out of his hand, then he points to it for Coco to pick it up. Kalapse
QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Jul 23, 2006 -> 10:42 PM) Still better than Pods. I hate Manny Ramirez. I personally love him. He's one of the greatest hitters I've ever had the pleasure of seeing and he's never really given me any reason to dislike him. (his HR he hit off Vizcaino last year at the Cell is probably the most impressive HR I've ever witnessed in person simply because of how fast it got out of the park with that sort of distance.) Kalapse
QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 23, 2006 -> 10:55 PM) And every single person in the park knew it was coming. The second Crede dropped that ball in foul territory I lept up and screamed: "YOU CAN NOT GIVE MANNY RAMIREZ A SECOND CHANCE!" sadly everyone's worst fears came true when Viz wet the bed. I said the exact same thing word for word. Except add a fishing--not fishing, in the middle of Manny and Ramirez.
