Balta1701
You know, this Red Sox pitching staff is one of the few (out of playoff contenders) that IMO has looked worse than the White Sox's staff all season.

Jordan4life_2007
Yankees now up 13-5. They've scored 39 runs in the first 3 games of this 'epic' series.
loltrain
Boston and New York seem to be doing a good job showing why they're scary (great hitting) and at the same time almost laughable as serious playoff contenders (terrible pitching). Mostly Boston of course, but Sidney Ponson and the Big Unit aren't too impressive either.
Jordan4life_2007
It's just a damn shame that the White Sox aren't taking advantage of Liriano being out and the Red Sox' staff in complete shambles.

With Zito, Haren, Blanton, and maybe a healthy rich Harden, I wouldnt be suprised if Oakland came out of the AL and won the world series.
SoxAce
Is it just me, or does Micheal Wuertz look alittle like Travis Hafner? I noticed it when I see Wuertz pitch.

Anyone watching? What happened? Also, Sal Fasano's gameday picture looks like Jeffrey Tambor. Manny supposedly had some cramps or something, nothing serious. Punch and Judy Garland
QUOTE(WhiteSoxfan1986 @ Aug 21, 2006 -> 08:47 PM) Whats this about John Gibbons confronting Ted Lilly? It was in the bottom corner on ESPNEWS. espn has an article up. I guess Gibbons was seen shoving Lilly in the dugout/clubhouse area after he felt Lilly showed him up by refusing to give up the ball. Gibbons was seen bloody later. The story hints that Gibbons might have made physical contact first. Although I felt the whole Hillenbrand situation was Shea's fault initially, perhaps there is a bigger issue with Gibbons than meets our Chicago eyes.
