So many of these music vets were so screwed over by their labels, publishers, and even their own managers the first go-round, it's aweful to see them still getting shafterd 50 years later. That said, I even think the "one original member" stipulation is too loose. By that standard, the original drummer for Rush (before Neil Peirt) could tour as Rush once the current band disbanded because he played on the first two albums.
