rangercal
This entire graph changes if we start losing for some odd reason.

southsider2k5
QUOTE(rangercal @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 12:07 PM) This entire graph changes if we start losing for some odd reason. How is that? You can't return tickets.
SleepyWhiteSox
QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 12:47 PM) How is that? You can't return tickets. Because they're projections of sellouts and not necessarily confirmed sellouts?
SouthSidePride05
As long as we're in the playoff picture, people will be coming to the Park in droves. There'll be a handful of games with small crowds where even the lower bowl will look empty, but the majority of games will look packed. I like the promotional schedule this year. Did anyone notice this year there's 6 Fireworks nights on Fridays? And on June 25th, a can't-miss giveaway: Commemorative World Series hats. rangercal
QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 11:53 AM) Because they're projections of sellouts and not necessarily confirmed sellouts? exactly, We will get a lot of bandwagoners with the walk up crowd, if we lose they won't come. Simple as that.
samclemens
i'll be attending that 4/22 game when the twinks come to town, and the only tickets i could get was in the frickin' 500 level almost in the corner of the upper deck. then again, i needed 4 in a row, but even when i checked for two in a row, there was only upper deck 500 level tix available (this was over two weeks ago). on the bright side, i wont have to worry about the foul poll blocking our view since we are too high above it! SouthSidePride05
BUMP Anyone remember this thread? For some weird reason, the ticket availability has gone completely wacked. For example, the April 22nd game, which seemed to be close to sold out, now you can get tix in Box 114, row 15, seat 1 & 2. It looked like most games were close to sold out, but now it looks like every game is empty. What the heck is going on? Can someone who knows something about the White Sox box office or Ticketmaster explain this? And for the April 18th game, it looks like only 12K have been sold. That will be pretty embarrassing once that date rolls around. Edited April 8, 2006 by SouthSidePride05
greasywheels121
QUOTE(SouthSidePride05 @ Apr 8, 2006 -> 05:54 PM) And for the April 18th game, it looks like only 12K have been sold. That will be pretty embarrassing once that date rolls around. The season ticket base is at least 21K. That won't happen.
LosMediasBlancas
FWIW, April 5th, the 3rd game of the season and trophy giveaway day had a lot of empty UD seats.
