Texsox's suggestion. It looks realy nice over the web.

Defintily get lower level seating. The Upper Deck seats restrict your experience, you'll still get to see a hell of a baseball team, but for your first time, walking around the park and taking it all in is the way to go.

Thanks to Chisoxrd5 the tickets are sorted.

All I need to know is how long will it take me to get a train from the hotel to O'Hare, pick up a car and drive back to the hotel on a Saturday morning? Not being sure of the geography I can't work out when to book my pick up time for.

Downtown to O'Hare and back downtown... 40 minutes there, 20-30 to get the car sorted, and 50 back. Estimating the time there. I never took a train from the city to O'Hare.

I was just thinking that. I'm doubting he'll be bringing a cooler full of beer and food and a grill with him...

I'm going to be there, but:

1. I'm in the lousy stinking useless upper deck :D

and

2. I'll have my daughter with me, which means I rarely stray from my seats.

Enjoy the game, though, Plod, and bring the Sox some UK MOJO!!!

Not sure if Simon is posting on here while he is in the US, but just so everyone knows his flight was delayed but he made it in yesterday evening. He picked quite a day to fly in huh? :o

I spoke to him over the phone and I'm definitely looking forward to attending Saturday's game with with him and his son!

I'm out. Attending the MLBPA Charity Golf Outing at the Grand Geneva.

And unlike last year, which got this site in Sports Illustrated, don't come back with some "juicy" story. :lolhitting

And yes, I know it wasn't you - but the story came from that, didn't it?

No, that story came from the East coast. I just said that former players were gossiping about the same stuff.

When have I ever started a "story" here.... :bang
