LSU and George Mason really are similar teams. Two big guys who aren't that tall, but make up for it with strength, and guards that are good enough to compliment the big guys. Noah guarding Davis, and Horford going at Tyrus Thomas. SF: Brewer vs. Tasmin Mitchell PF: Horford vs. Thomas C: Noah vs. Davis That would be an amazing finally, and the best frontcourt matchup in a long, long time. Possibly 6 present or future NBA 1st round draft picks. Tasmin Mitchell has a ways to go, but he was a top 5 recruit this year and has alot of skills. I would go with Florida to win it all in a brilliant finale. With that said, I would love to GM to spoil it and win it all, that would be fitting. I really think GMU can get it done if they aren't nervous. With that said, they have been playing like they have nothing to lose and the other three teams couldn't have expected to get this far so they are going to be as rattled as George Mason. Will they become like Gonzaga where they are in a mid-major conference but are consistently in the top 25 and recruiting top talent? While Gonzaga has never made the Final 4, they made multiple tourney runs before they became a powerhouse. Let's go one step further: what if George Mason wins it all? Is that what they have to do in order to maintain good teams? It will be very interesting to see what happens because not only are they the lowest Final 4 seed ever, I don't think a mid-major team has ever made it before.
