Florida, although hell George Mason could for all I know.  But Florida seems like the best team by a significant margin right now.

I haven't gotten that feel at all. LSU has looked the strongest. George Mason doesn't seem like they can be defeated. LSU and George Mason really are similar teams. Two big guys who aren't that tall, but make up for it with strength, and guards that are good enough to compliment the big guys. Not to mention Lewis and Davis are very similar players.

As much as I want George Mason to win, I think it will be an all SEC final. With the nations best two frontcourts going at it. Noah guarding Davis, and Horford going at Tyrus Thomas.

SF: Brewer vs. Tasmin Mitchell

PF: Horford vs. Thomas

C: Noah vs. Davis

That would be an amazing finally, and the best frontcourt matchup in a long, long time. Possibly 6 present or future NBA 1st round draft picks. Tasmin Mitchell has a ways to go, but he was a top 5 recruit this year and has alot of skills. I would go with Florida to win it all in a brilliant finale.

With that said, I would love to GM to spoil it and win it all, that would be fitting.

Not sure how you figure. LSU was 1 shot from losing to A&M, and had to go to OT last night. Even the Duke game was close until the final minute. Florida had trouble with G-Town (who was playing VERY well), but has otherwise pretty much breezed to the Final 4.

Final scores can sometimes be deceiving. Yeah, they did struggle with A&M, but they flat manhandled Duke and Texas.

Well considering they lead by 2 with under a minute left vs. Duke and were tied through regulation with Texas, I don't see how it is manhandeling.

Like I said, the actual score can be deceiving. Yeah, both games were close, but LSU physically dominated both teams. How often does Duke shoot 27.1% from the field? How often does Texas shoot 30.4% from the field? That's all LSU.

Ahh go the the final 4 thread if you want to have that debate. :)

LSU is literally the strongest team left. They can outmuscle anyone, with the possible exception of George Mason. I really think GMU can get it done if they aren't nervous. With that said, they have been playing like they have nothing to lose and the other three teams couldn't have expected to get this far so they are going to be as rattled as George Mason.

The question is what happens to George Mason in the future? Even if they lose in the Final 4 that is a huge accomplishment. Will they become like Gonzaga where they are in a mid-major conference but are consistently in the top 25 and recruiting top talent? While Gonzaga has never made the Final 4, they made multiple tourney runs before they became a powerhouse. Let's go one step further: what if George Mason wins it all? Is that what they have to do in order to maintain good teams?

It will be very interesting to see what happens because not only are they the lowest Final 4 seed ever, I don't think a mid-major team has ever made it before. There is no previous case of a mid-major in the Final 4.

Penn and Indiana State in 1979 was the last case where it happened.

It's close.  I think LSUs shot-blocking ability gives them the edge.

UCLA just doesn't let up points. 10 of their last 11 games they've allowed under 60, I know they play a slower style of offense but that's just insane.
