Thanks, just wanted to see if he was getting any righties out as well.

Boone Logan on WSCR 670 with Boers and Bernstein right now!

They were all righties. THat I remember.

And it was Jackson, because Quentin just hit. He looks like a good hitter. Both of them do.

Can somebody recap bobby's outing. All I saw was the last pitch.

Went 2-2 to first batter. Got a little squibber to short. Threw fastballs. Mainly around the zone.

Went 1-0 to Quintin before he hit a ball fairly decently on a pretty good pitch. THat kid can hit. Bobby threw a curve that bounced way short to start the AB.

Last AB went 1-1 I think before a soft gb to second.

No thanks, I'd rather see our guys hit him.  I'm more concerned with our hitters than a guy who's on the Diamondbacks now.

I'd also like to see Jenks try to pitch the last inning in a save-like situation.

Keep us informed!

He's talking about how his coaches dropped down his delivery to almost three-quarters. Says that most pitchers lose their control when they do this but for him it was the exact opposite.

He says his best pitch is his 2-seamer but he also throws a slider.

He is prepared for his rookie hazing by Buehrle and Pierzysnki.

He has never been to Chicago before. Knows nothing about the area.

He definately sounds like a country boy. He hunts and fishes just like Thome.

Still wearing #80 but thinks his number will be 57 for the regular season.

He's 21 years old and 6'5", 210 pounds.

Boers and Bernstein messed with him at the end of the interview telling him that he doesn't have to worry to much -- he just has to get Travis Hafner out on opening day.

Baj makes Callaro look silly, although I think Callaro pretty much did that to himself in that sequence...

That's his 153:25 K/BB ratio in A-ball working for him.

Put the ball in play son. Stop trying to hit everything out of the park. Take a walk. Sub 300 OBPs aren't going to get you anywhere.

Jenks looked a little better today... fastball was constantly 92-93 although it hit 94 and 95 once.  That one swing by Quentin could of been a HR or at least a double if it wasnt for the wind.

Are you going by the gun that had Baj at 93?
