AddisonStSox
The wait is over Sox fans. Tonight, there will be a Championship Banner lowered on the Southside of Chicago. Believe it or not, but, our Chicago White Sox are defending champions in 2006. My question to you: How are you spending this glorious day? Although I won't be at tonight's game, I'll most certainly be there in spirit. For me, it looks like watching Game Four of the 2005 World Series in its entirety, followed by the lowering of the Championship Banner on CSN at 6:00, capped off with the first game of our title defense--C.C. Sabathia v. Mark Buehrle. Are you fortunate enough to be attending tonight's game? Are you getting together with all your Sox buddies? Are you maybe watching the game with your parents or the people responsible for making you the Sox fan you are today? Let's Go, Go, Go White Sox! Our White Sox

Gregory Pratt
Hahaha! I thought I was going to look at this and find a story about, oh, I don't know. Boone Logan and hookers or something. I'm likely going to be watching with my friend Chris or my friend Cindy.
Gregory Pratt
Oh. And I might be watching it with a Cubs fan, Chris, because it's fun to torture him.
Punch and Judy Garland
I'm sick so I'll be watching solo. Hopefully its a good game either way. If not, I've got Sopranos TIVO'ing and I wouldn't mind catching it. People talk about it too much at work to go in on Monday without seeing it. It'd totally spoil it
SnB
I'll be with the same people I celebrated the world series championship with, right here in champaign.
mmmmmbeeer
Cookin' up some ribeyes on the grill along with some baked potatos and stuffed mushrooms. Got the shaker out and ready to shake some martinis about the time that banner drops. Got the wife ready to take 100% responsibility for the kids during the game. Got a 9am tee time in the morning to shake off the hangover and reminisce on a white sox winner.

Queen Prawn
Started out the day by rescuing a hamster from a pet store (he's been there for about a year and we felt bad for him), bought Brian a ton of mountain dew (sale at Cub), watching the race and then settling in for White Sox pre-game and then game. Oh yeah, and I have ziti going in the slow cooker. ETA - not watching the race anymore, thank you Dumbass, I mean Dumbo (learn to drive Busch, you freaking idiot) Edited April 2, 2006 by Queen Prawn

greasywheels121
Woke up, showered, ended up at the library around 12. Studied, studied, and studied. Went to the Union. Studied, and I'm taking a much needed break at the moment. Have an exam 6-8 EST (Thank you Daylights!), so I shouldn't miss too much of the game. When I finally finish this project, I'm going to pop in Sox Pride & the WS DVD, then get prepped for tonights game. During the game, I'll be on my couch with my Rowand jersey and some grilled chicken
