Texsox
http://usgovinfo.about.com/b/a/217107.htm?nl=1 If Elected, I Will Do Nothing, Nothing I Say If you're sick of politicians spewing out campaign promises they have no intention of keeping, then Robert J. Healey, Jr., recently announced candidate for lieutenant governor of Rhode Island, is clearly your man. Consider Healey's platform: Rhode Island doesn't really need a lieutenant governor, and if elected, I'll take no salary and have no staff. Zach Patton at Governing.com: 13th Floor reports Healey, who lives in Uruguay, created his own Cool Moose Party in 2002, handing out refrigerator magnets boasting "If Nothing is What You Want." Other Healey campaign collectibles included free "Nothing Never Felt So Good" condoms. Actually, reports Patton, Healey is only one of a growing number of candidates for mostly local offices who are promising to dissolve their offices if elected.
