Credepopsup
It looks as though a Gameday service identical to the one used on MLB.com, is now available for AAA games. You can also watch todays Charlotte vs Toledo game free on milb.com. http://www.minorleaguebaseball.com/app/mil...media/video.jsp
Heads22
Watched the top half of the inning, Ledezma strikes out the side. The Milb.tv ain't too bad.

Hatchetman
boy sweeney looked terrible up there. k'd on 3 pitches. he holds the bat like the flag bearer for the 4th of july parade. redding looks OK. hopefully he can get 100% healthy and pitching the way he could at one time. southsideirish71
Well the Knights are making Ledezma seem like the reincarnation of Randy Johnson. Ledezmas line so far. 4 innings 3 hits 1 run 9ks. Sweeney goes down again 0-3 3ks so far. He looks like he has happy feet up there, like he doesnt want to settle in. Led is a pretty good pitcher though. I realize he hasn't panned out like the Tigers expected but he has a good arm and has put up high k numbers in the minors (IIRC). One of those guys that has surprised me because I think he has the makings of a mid to front of the rotation guy.
SSH2005
Tim Redding is dominating, lol. His curve looks pretty good. Jerry Owens is playing CF. Edited April 6, 2006 by SSH2005
maggsmaggs
Our major league team couldn't hit Ledezma, so why would our minor league team? LOL, it just seemed when Ledezma pitched against the Sox, we blew big time.
SSH2005
Paulino Reynoso in for Tim Redding in the 7th inning. Tim Redding's line: 6.0 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 7 K Edited April 6, 2006 by SSH2005

SSH2005
First game of the season. The hitters still have to catch up with the pitchers. Josh Fields is 2 for 4 with 2 singles. Edited April 6, 2006 by SSH2005
Guest JimH
This is a pretty good game actually. Josh Fields just went nicely with a pitch to RF. It is 1-0 Knights in the top of the 9th.
SSH2005
I can see why they use lefties against Rogowski now. He looks terrible against them.
Guest JimH
Rogowski looks bad on a K. Blakely singles in the 9th.
SSH2005
Knights win 1-0. Javier Lopez's line: 1.0 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 2 K, Save Edited April 7, 2006 by SSH2005
Guest JimH
Kinghts win 1-0, Javier Lopez closes it out in the 9th. He K'd the first two guys, gave up a single to the next guy. Then he went 3-0 on the next guy and got him on a tough play grounder to 2nd to end it.

DBAHO
Good individual performances to note; Donny Lucy for WS went 2 for 3, with a BB, a 2B and a HR. Gomes in the #5 spot should be interesting to watch this season. Liotta gave up 1ER in 5IP. Only 2 K's with 2 BB's though, always been the question mark on him. Valido 2 for 4 in the #2 hole, with a double. Collaro homered. Salvador Sanchez went 2 for 3 with a BB, Francisco Hernandez 2 for 4 with a 2B. Rodriguez didn't give up an ER in 6IP.
