HuskyCaucasian
I love it. it looks amazing, but DAMN they have a lot of seating areas. At least at Comiskey (Ok, US Cellular) it's a simple seating layout. The new Busch... WOW! Tons of levels and ticket price levels.
WCSox
Lookin' good. They get amazing fan support for a city of only 350,000.
Kalapse
The first hit in the Stadium's history goes to Carlos Lee, first HR goes to Bill Hall.

BigSqwert
How the heck did the Comiskey architects not decide to have Chicago's dowtown skyline in centerfield?? Mind-boggling.
Gene Honda Civic
QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Apr 10, 2006 -> 04:54 PM) How the heck did the Comiskey architects not decide to have Chicago's dowtown skyline in centerfield?? Mind-boggling. Ever heard the term southpaw? Baseball stadiums are supposed to point E to NE in CF. G&T
QUOTE(Benchwarmerjim @ Apr 10, 2006 -> 04:21 PM) is this considered a pitchers park or a hitter park? but it looks sweet It's considered "fair" by those who built it, which is what they always say. There is no way of knowing until a season pans out.

CWSGuy406
QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Apr 10, 2006 -> 09:22 PM) I don't remember what the former Busch Stadium was considered, but apparently this has the same dimensions. That's a good question. Over the past six years, it's varied from favoring hitters to favoring pitchers. In 2005, it favored hitters slightly. In 2004, it favored pitchers. In 2003, it favored pitchers. In 2002, it heavily favored pitchers. In 2001, in favored pitchers slightly. And, in 2000, it played pretty neutral. So, if New Busch plays the same as Old Busch, I'd call it a slight pitcher's park, but pretty close to neutral.

On the DVD you will see the gates open in front of me, I then am the first to get my ticket scanned, then you walk with me as I go to the concession stand, and then you see the entire hot dog transaction. I purchased two hot dogs (I ate the other)." Im sorry, this guy is awesome. It's all BS, but imagine this guy holding a hot dog for the entire game for this.
