One of the strangest police blotters I have ever read. Lets see: Open container of alcohol---check Speeding---check unrestrained child riding on front passengers lap---check crossdressing unrestrained child riding on front passengers lap---check crossdressing unrestrained child riding on front passengers lap and not even admitting to being a boy---check We have all the ingredients for a batch of WTF?!?
