FlaCWS
Whenever Hawk does the scoreboard and the Florida Marlins are playing at home, he says they are playing the game in Fort Lauderdale. Well, as someone who has lived in Fort Lauderdale for 5 years I can tell you beyond a shadow of doubt that the Marlins absolutely do not play here. They don't even play in the same county as Fort Lauderdale. If anything, they are in Miami. Yes, I know... minor point and somewhat off-topic. My apologies, it just bothers me. I'll shut up now. :-) PS - What is Hawk and DJ's e-mail address? Maybe I'll educate him directly.

whitesoxfan101
Haha damn....Fort Lauderdale is in the 954 (Broward County) and the Marlins play in the hood of Carol City, which is 305 (Miami-Dade County). That's a pretty bad geographical miss by the Hawk there.
chisoxdavid
Yeah its a bad miss but i could care less what he calls it. It has nothing to do with the Sox.
Leonard Zelig
In the playoffs last year, Chris Berman said that Neal Cotts grew up in Belleville, IL-in the Chicago area!
