I think this shows one of the things I admire about this president. He tries and finds the best cadidates for any position. He'll even take a little criticism in the process. Sadly, his most ardent backers can't find that same attribute and willingness.

And what President hasn't had some mistakes? Overall, I've liked many of his appointments. I'll even admit to liking Donny Rumsssssfeld for a while. I like Condi, Powell, and many of his judge picks. Knowing he's going to pick conservatives, I grade him out around a B or a B+.
