SnB
I can really see a rivalry starting to develop here. This could be fun.
LVSoxFan
I was surprised at how bent out of shape the fans and that team were about last year. I didn't even think about the whole ALCS angle until it was brought up. Or Pierzinski. But whatever. Times have indeed changed--we used to get smoked out in Anaheim and Oakland, and we just SWEPT them. That's a good omen. Let them whine all they want. I have an odd feeling, though, that we'll be seeing them again in the playoffs.

MUAHAHAHAHAH bring it on angels YES! my all time worst Sox game in Anaheim? Danny Wright's 19-0 loss. my best? Sitting behind homeplate and watching Bo Jackson launch a monster shot to dead center. (okay, watching the Sox win the pennant was probably better, but Bo was AWESOME).
WCSox
The actions of Angels fans make little sense to me. Then again, much of what goes on in So Cal in general is beyond compehension as well. Edited May 1, 2006 by WCSox
Chisoxfn
QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ May 1, 2006 -> 06:54 AM) My favorite was the dumb f*** who was running up and down the aisles with the "Sox Cheat' sign at Friday night's game. I have to admit, I'd be pretty frustrated if I was an Angel's fan too. Sure we always seem to beat them, but I wouldn't say we dominate. It always seems to be a close game and we win on a fluke play. Kind of how the Twins used to beat us from 2000-2004. That guy was a total tool. He was yelling Sox Cheat so loud and the ushers kept yelling at him and he just kept doing it and eventually he was escorted out of the park. It was totally ridiculous. We also cheated when we stole Bobby Jenks from them to close out 2 of the games.

MUAHAHAHAHAH bring it on angels YES! Seriously trev. I think this has to be the first sweep in the regular season here I've ever witnessed. Its all that much sweeter that its coming after my first ever sweep that we witnessed (ALCS).

Ya, that was a horrid game in Anaheim. I do remember a game where we won like 16-2 (may have even been the same series as that 19-0 loss). My best memory, game 5 of the ALCS as the Sox win the AL penant. Worse memory was definately that 19-0 loss.

Rex Kickass
QUOTE(Damen @ May 1, 2006 -> 09:49 AM) Actually, it's your 2006 "The Angels of Anaheim Angels!!!" I thought it was The Angels Angels of Anaheim.
longshot7
AJ waved when they booed him before the game on Friday. It's possible that he playfully flipped them off, like when you scratch your head using your middle finger, but really I was there - Angels fans made a bigger deal out of this than it really was. We all wore our AJ shirts on Friday night to exacerbate the problem. I wore my replica ring to taunt them.
