M*therfucking choke job

Agassi you bald piece of s***, how dare you lose to a nobody clay specialist who was playing his third consecutive day, including a grueling 4.5 hour 5 setter just a day before?! What happended to your renowned physique? You got caught flatfooted on every other ball and your backhander all but disappreared once again as it did during Ancic fiasco. 9 serve games lost....75 unforced errors, many of very easy variety that you normally make? Making little to no adjustments all tourney long...WTF?!

I can understand losing to Costa or Ferrero in the Finals, both of those guys can play magnificently on clay....but 21 yo rookie Coria who played his B game at that?! What happened to all the mental preparation you made? You f***ing chocker, unlike 2000-02 when you faced some tough opponents who more or less outplayed you, this year the Finals were given to you on a silver platter thanks to biased seeding and some luck, truly easy road...But no you rattled under pressure like you used to do in the olden days when you partied in Vegas instead of practicing...Slow start once again bit your on the ass, didn't it, you miserable cocksucker!

And whoever was in charge of game strategy, needs to be fired immediately. Better yet, fire yourself immediately for being a stubborn ass and not changing the game plan even though your oppenent was macking a mockery of you and beating you at your own game without hardlyt doing anything notworthy. Preferably with a large caliber pump-action shotgun.

You are 33 and will only have two more shots at the whole Grand Slam thing, without which you will never be mentiuoned in the same sentence as Pete Sampras, who never chocked in big games. You sad, light-bulb-headed f***, I spit on your grave.

Whoa. Tell us how ya really feel...

I've been a fan of his since I was 7 yo, followed his at times brilliant, but underachiving, extremely volatile career very closely, he is a like a family member to me. Losses like that used be a norm but since he revitalized and rededicated himself, I figured he would be mentally strong abd prepared to ward off this Arghentinian punk...He has two years left and an impossible task of winning 7 majors out of 10 tries. Not gonna happen.

I am so upset over this loss it's not even funny, the rest of the day and possibly a week is totally ruined :(

Oh well, at least it's not as bad as Senna's death in 1993.

Agassi hasn't looked prime this whole tournament

Agreed, he was lousy defensively, constantly getting caught flatfooted on the baseline and allowing his opponents to get away with very medicore shots. This has been the problem in the past on clay as well, but he used to overcompensate for it wirth pure grit/hussle to say nothing of his brilliant baseline firepower. This time however, he played very safe tennis when he needed his killer instinct to put a youngster in the hole, both scorewise and empotional, and went for too much when he needed to be more conservative. It didn't help that his backhander disappeared completely and he was missing simplest of shots. Very frustrating to watch, especially considering he was not tired in the slightest and was literally one adjustement away from sweeping his way into the Finals.

Considering that he played his best tennis wintin last year or so, there is no reason to think this is age-related. He was stubborn and mentally weak throughout and he ran into an opponent who refused to quit.

Hewitt? He never had as much pure hitting talent as Agassi, but then again Andre only began tapping into it when he was 29 which is about 33-35 in baseball years. Leyton is a hussler and a hard-worker, has a very good ground game. Who is gonna topple him? Safin? Andy Roddick? That dude is too busy tapping Mandy Moore's virginal ass....

Monica Seles is done. No way she can compete with Henin or Capriati let alone Williams sisters. I hate WTA, it's boring for me.

1. Tennis is 100 times more personal because it's not a team sport. Unlike baseball games that are everyday for 6 motnhs, Rolan Garros is once a year. So chill yourself, get some heart lady.

2. It's not tennis...it's Agassi, he's almost like a family member. When he retires, so will I as a tennis fan. We go way back. With Senna dead, I only have two sports idols left, one retired since 92 and another about to be.
