Jim Fainter
I just read that Amador joined the Winston Salem Warthogs from extended spring training, where he apparently was recovering from an injury. He is a second baseman who had 56 steals for Kannapolis last year. Hopefully this will dictate a promotion to AA for Ruddy Yan. As an aside Chris Honel pitches tonight. Chisoxfn
Its a waste for Yan to spend any more time in A Ball. The sox need to move him to AA where we can see whether he's really improved with his bat.
Cerbaho-WG
Amador, to put it bluntly, is horrible with the bat.

greg775
I didn't need to hear that either. Another prospect sounds like nothing. We need a good bunter on our team. Remember how singleton used to get bunt hits? We can't buy a hit these days.
