greg775
I know this probably was touched on in the game thread, but I figured why not reiterate some more ... It was a pleasure to watch Buehrle pitch today. Man, when he gets a lead and is focused ... he was taking that ball in the 7th, 8th and 9th and just bringing it. All the Cubs could do was whack the ball at vacuum cleaner Crede. Amazing effort by Buehrle and Crede. Keep it up, Sox. Don't let the Scrubs beat us at home p.s. The Cubs lousy announcers did bring up a good point. We can play just one guys - Thome or Konerko - in NL parks. Hope that doesn't cost us. Hope that doesn't cost us. It won't cost us against them We could sit both and play Gload at 1st base and we would still have more offense then them. Buehrle was dealing yesterday, but then again he was pitching to a pretty sorry offense. To bad Charlie Haeger couldn't have made his Major Leauge debut yesterday

Gregory Pratt
I thought the DH rule had been modified so that the AL Manager can ask the NL manager if he's no problem with them DHing?

Gregory Pratt
QUOTE(BFirebird @ May 20, 2006 -> 11:58 AM) That is during Spring Training. Well I knew that, but I thought I'd read somewhere that it had been changed for the season, too. Guess not.
