SoxFan1
From espn.com: Sammy Sosa, Cubs June 3, 2003 ?? Corked bat Wilton Guerrero, Dodgers June 1, 1997 Eight games Corked bat Chris Sabo, Reds July 29, 1996 Seven games Corked bat Albert Belle, Indians July 15, 1994 Seven games Corked bat Billy Hatcher, Astros Aug. 31, 1987 10 days Corked bat Graig Nettles, Yankees Sept. 7, 1974 No susp. Super balls in bat SamME Sosa is the BIGGEST liar ever. He claims he chose the bat by mistake! Why would you have corked bates anyway! Yeah, he used it in BP, and I'm Mariah Carey! Pah-Lease!!!!!!!!! Its not that hard to juice a bat, I have 1 myself. You can make one in less than 15 minutes in your own home. I made mine but I never used it in an actual game. Just when playing with my friends. All you gotta do is drill a hole from the top of the bat (barrel) about 8-10 inches deep and 3/4 to 1 inch thick. I filled mine with 3 superballs and put some corks from empty booze bottles. Fill the rest of the hole up with glue and sawdust, let it sit and dry overnight, then sand the bat to make it look normal. Anyways, He shouldnt have 1 in the 1st place. He has em, uses em, and denies that he does. He should be suspended the full 10 games just for that. And make it 20 games since he cheated against the FRIGGIN D-Rays. C'Mon! P.S.- Miggie Olivo was suspended 6 games in 2001 after being caught using a corked bat in the minors. Hmmmm?
