He is a loose cannon, but I dont want to see someone get a hand broken on an inside pitch.

f*** that moron. He's dumb but he's not that f***ing stupid. If he plunks one person, not only is he gone, but he'd probably get (after today) an almost 'Artestian' suspension.

And why is it that Z's pointing to the sky, testicular justiculating and all his other 'amped up' garbage is okay for Flub fans yet AJP slapping the plate is "classless"? Just wondering cuz I sure as Hell can't figure it out.

I agree Zambrano is a nut and will probably be itching for some retailation for something we didn't start. If he hits some of our players he should be ejected and possibly recieve more punishment in return. This will only hurt the cubs even more. I am bringing my :sweep: tomorrow

3.34 ERA, 62K, .221 BAA. HORRRIBLE!

3 decent starts of longer than 7 innings (finally) helped those numbers.

You conveniently forgot to mention 35BB, 6 dingers, a 1.43 WHIP, and a 5.80 ERA vs. lefties leading to a meager 2-2 in 9 starts. Oh, did I mention a 7.00 ERA in day games?

I dont give a s*** what his stats are. He's gonna get hammered tomorrow and hes gonna jump around screaming and whining like his little sister Maddux did the other day.

Yes, you are correct he has had control issues leading to a large increase in walks and thus an inflated WHIP. I'm not really sure why you'd mention his splits, I guess he sucks against lefties during the day which isn't exactly the sign of a bad pitcher. It is encouraging for his sake that he has not allowed a lot of hits to go along with those walks and the fact that he's striking out a s*** load of batters means that those walks that he's allowing are not comming around to score which shows up in his solid ERA. Zambrano has not sucked ass this year at all according to his stats but I guess since he's a Cub he must automatically suck, my bad.

Also by looking at his game log I only see 2 real bad starts 4.2 IP w/ 5 ER and 4 IP w/ 7 ER, 8.2 IP and 12 ER in two starts is going to f*** yp your ERA pretty bad.

He sucked with respect to standards he's set, and more so by expectations from those considering him the Ace of the "staff." Maybe he couldn't handle the pressure knowing, again, idiot Hendry was banking on two pitchers who have never been healthy and another who's only had 1/3 of a good season as a starter (Rusch early last year).

The numbers only show 2 real bad starts, but watching him he's been less than stellar till late, and I don't expect him to be mowing them down tomorrow. Hope I'm wrong.

Zambrano will throw one behind AJ, and warning will be issued and things will get tense again.

If somebody gets beaned it'll get ugly again. One fight is good enough for me in this series, lets get these wins and keep up w/ the Tigers until those Detroit f***s finally come back down to earth.

If Zambrano throws a ball behind AJ he'll get tossed. Warnings will likely be issued before the game.

Is there even anyone on the Flubbs ( besides Barrett who most likely wont play tomorrow ) thats even worth beaning?

I'm more worried about Zambrano dominating our lineup than him potential retaliating for yesterday's brawl.

Remember, last season at Wrigley--before Patterson's goof in the OF--Zambrano embarrassed our hitters with one sweeping breaking ball after another.

Uribe and Anderson should be nowhere near tomorrow's lineup. Hopefully, Contreras avoids lasts years first-inning bed wetting against the Cubs where he surrendered a GS to Ramirez.

If Count is his usual self tomorrow afternoon, and our lineup is patient with Zambrano, we could possibly scratch 3-4 runs and pray the bullpen holds a lead. It may be tough, but if there's one person you'd expect to implode tomorrow it's 'Big Z."

Zambrano is going to come into the game hotter than a hornet. And if he starts getting excitedand throwing 98 mph fastballs high to Thome.. he's gonna catch up w/ one and depending who's on base, we'll be up early.

We have Baseballs best pitcher on the bump after 2 weeks rest against the worst offensive team in Baseball. A no-hitter is a real possiblity... especially with no Barrett.

Mackowiak will get the start because he's a Cub's Killer. But I dont see why you dont want Uribe in the game... his putrid offensive #'s are buried in the 9-hole where he's damage potential is limited. Were going to need his defense to keep guys like Ronny Cedeno and Pierre from just trying to put it on the ground and run it out. Uribe and maybe Crede are the only guys on this team that have the arm strength to put those two away.

I'd rather the Cedeno-Pierre combo just swing wildly at crap, but theyre going to try and bunt and leg thier way onto base. I dont want Pierre at 1st distracting Contreras, if he even starts to lose focus... well you know whatll happen.

I liked what I saw from the Sox against Z's sister Maddux the other day. They were very patient at the plate and when they got something good they ripped it. All they gotta do is lay off the garbage and they will kick the Flubbs ass all over the Cell tomorrow.

DUDE. Contreras is going to mow some Flubby b****es down tomorrow. Flubbs will be lucky to get a single hit off of him.
