The Pelicans won two of three games in the series. Warthogs' reliever, Demetrius Banks, suffered the loss. Warthogs' starter, Jack Egbert, pitched well but got a no decision. Egbert gave up on earned run on seven hits in 6 2/3 innings. Myrtle Beach Pelicans' reliever, Stephen Russell, earned his first win.
