That funky motion
QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 2, 2006 -> 09:35 PM) Well....that's another reason you don't bring Nelson in. Also, could Pods take any longer getting to the ball? Nelson obviously doesn't have anything left. Pods and his tippy toe bulls***.
BigSqwert
This could become a rout quickly.
santo=dorf
It's almost Karma for the Garland backers who were saying last Sunday "who cares? He got the win. That's all that matters right?" Well he didn't get the win tonight, so was it a mediocre outing?
fathom
Upon further review, that was absolutely pathetic by Podsednik. He looked like he was taking a nice little jog in the park, and took his time throwing the ball. KW.....GREAT JOB WITH THE BULLPEN BUDDY.
SoxFan1
Well, Nelson gets some boo-birds coming off.
dexter31
Well Hawk, I guess Garland won't get that win after all. But, it was still a great move as we stopped him from possibly getting a loss.

jphat007
There was a reason nobody wanted him. But for some reason people thought he would help. Uh no, he is done.

But, it was still a great move as we stopped him from possibly getting a loss. Yep...he only held one of the best hitters in baseball to an 0-3 outing tonight. One pitch later, and he had tied the game.
Whitewashed in '05
Anyway, good job by Garland to keep us up and too bad Nelson couldn't hold them down. With the way JG was pitching this was definitley a good start vs the Rangers. Good job Garland.
Buehrle>Wood
It's beyond the point where even one trade for a bullpen arm would be enough.
BigSqwert
Gotta love our production today. 3 runs on 10 hits. We should be up by 4 runs.
Guest JimH
Which means it's the truth? I'm guessing so, yes. There's certainly a history.

Gregory Pratt
Oh, poor Jon. He recovered well from the homer, to have this happen to him. Pods -- bad job. He'll get a lashing from Ozzie in the clubhouse. As far as Nelson goes, I didn't expect him to set the world on fire, and he hasn't disappointed. However, I do like that he looks angry and disappointed in himself but looking to get redemption next time, unlike Politte who throws a s*** inning and looks like he needs to get put to sleep.
