greasywheels121
QUOTE(kapkomet @ Jun 3, 2006 -> 11:26 PM) Oh you s***ball... you voted for the Heat? I like D-Wade a lot. However, I got the Finals matchup I wanted, sans the Pacers. So I have absolutely no problem with Dirk and Cuban (IU!) the Mavs winning. Sonik22
I really would like to see the mavs finally get it done this year.
kapkomet
It will be an interesting finals - Dallas can't stop Shaq, Miami can't stop Dirk. I think Josh Howard and D-Wade will offset, and then that leaves it to the other role players - which I think Dallas is just a little deeper, and has home court. Dallas in 7. sayitaintso
I would like to see the mavs win it, but i think that the heat will bring home the trophy.
WilliamTell
It's amazing how much I like Shaq more not that he's outta the Western Conference and Wade is just awesome. Go Heat.
rangercal
Gotta go with the Chicago kid. So Wade and the Heat it is. If the mavericks won, I would not be disapointed too. I rooted for them to get here. Just happy the pistons and spurs are out.
Jordan4life_2007
Shaq winning another title just two years after Kobe ran him out of LA would make Kobe look even dumber than he already does. Go Heat!

Did you just equate Howard to Wade??
kapkomet
QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Jun 4, 2006 -> 06:24 PM) Wade & Howard offset? Did you just equate Howard to Wade?? For what they bring to this particular series, yes, I did. As a player, no, D-Wade is much better. Another thing that I think makes Dallas have a good chance is because they are really good at setting the tempo. For instance, they needed to speed up San Antonio, and they needed to slow down Phoenix. I think that they step up the tempo in this series and Miami won't be able to keep up over the series, which will wear them down.
Goldmember
think heat will win, if i had to choose i'd give slight advantage of wanting dallas to top heat. i'd still be happy if heat won though cause i like dwyane and would love to see shaq best kobe by getting ring without him--not because i like shaq, because i don't, i just really hate kobe... WilliamTell
Probably the coolest thing about this NBA Finals is that there aren't any of the same old teams in it. 2 brand new teams. Since 1987, or the last 19 NBA Finals, there have only been 5 teams to win. The Lakers with 5, Pistons with 3, Bulls with 6, Rockets with 2, and Spurs with 3. kapkomet
I just want to see David Stern's constipated look when he has to hand that trophy to Mark Cuban. That will be PRICELESS.
