Don Cooper, himself, started Buerhle's long toss until Widger came running out and took over. Montero handled the between inning OF warm up until he went in the game, then Kevin Hickey, I think. And Art Kushner actually warmed up a couple guys until AJ went out there. Kush is pushing 60, God bless him. A lot going on because one guy is absent. Plus no bubble gum toss on Kids' day. .
