soxman352000
Who do you enjoy listening to on talk radio? It could be a local or national figure, but I like to exclude sports radio from this topic. I personally enjoy Sean Hannity, Matt Drudge, Roe Kahn, and many others. Who do you usually listen to?

Yeah, I've heard him on Air America, though I don't agree with his views, I see the appeal he has with his listening audience.
LowerCaseRepublican
Rarely (if I'm around), it may be Mike Malloy for a few minutes but nothing too substantial. The last time I listened to talk radio was a morning I was on WIND am radio talking education policy on "Extreme Wisdom".
Rex Kickass
I listen to Jerry Springer on occasion, Randi Rhodes on occasion, Brian Lehrer, Lionel, and sometimes John Gambling.

Rex Kickass
It's been amazing how good he's gotten in a year or so. Every once in a while I wince, but he's really gotten a good grasp on the fundamentals of good radio and his show is pretty interesting now and again. FlaSoxxJim
As far as national figures, it's gotta be Amy Goodman Mostly I listen to local-ish (Orlando) talk radio personalities from the Real Radio WTKS lineup, though that once-fine station has been turning the suck up to 11 ever since Evil Empire ClearChannel took it over. NUKE_CLEVELAND
I dont listen to very much talk at all. About the only time I really ever do is when Im on a long road trip and I'll put on SIRIUS Patriot and listen to their NRA show and Michael Savage. HuskyCaucasian
THe following is my listening time slots. THat means i dont listen to these peope during the WHOLE time, but if the radio happens to be on, it would be tuned to that station...... 6-9 AM: WGN (Spike O'Dell) 9-10 AM: I have no idea. I hate the Mike North Mornign Show and dont like ESPN's offering. So, it's mostly WGN (yes, Kathy and Judy. But only for an hour!) 10-Noon: WSCR Noon-2 PM: WSCR (Not a Murph fan, but i like him better than Dan Patrick) 2-6 PM : WSCR (Boers and Bersie... i love those guys!) 6-7 PM: ESPN (The three fat guys) 7-11 PM: WSCR (the rotation schdule of hosts) 11-6 AM: WSCR (Sporting News Radio) Yes I know I was supposed to exclude sports, but that is what i mostly listen to. I get my "real life news" from TV. Edited June 7, 2006 by Athomeboy_2000
Goldmember
i don't listen to much talk radio and if i do its usually sports radio (wscr or local espn which just carries national broadcasts). used to listen to bob & tom religioulsy but now they're too early for my schedule and besides don't really know if they're considered "talk radio." may occassionally listen to a political themed talk show but most of them annoy me--usually has to be a topic i'm really interested in... mreye
Don and Roma in the morning. I used to Love Roe and Garry in the afternoon, but after, IMO, Roe stuck it to Garry I lost interest. I've stopped in from time to time and the show isn't near what it used to be and the ratings for the afternoon drive say the same.

I love Savage. i may not always agree with him but i want to be able to say that i was listening when he finally has his heart attack on air and fall over. He gets so worked up sometimes it's funny. He does make some good points though
