FlaSoxxJim
Yippee. We got the first outfall bands from Alberto yesterday afternoon. We can really use the rain and the winds look like they will remain minimal hurricane strength, so hopefully this one is just going to be a rainmaker for us. The rain yesterday did undo about 4 hours of excavation work in a backyard koi pond I'm working on, so I'm cheesed off at Alberto for that though. . . WCSox
Yesterday, the Weather Channel said that Alberto would unlikely reach hurricane strength and it would probably weaken today. Oops.
CanOfCorn
QUOTE(WCSox @ Jun 12, 2006 -> 04:35 PM) Yesterday, the Weather Channel said that Alberto would unlikely reach hurricane strength and it would probably weaken today. Oops. It's too bad, because if it became a category 5...then we could have called it Alberto VO 5. *dodging rotten vegetables*
