Heath Phillips pitched seven strong innings and the Charlotte Knights pounded out 15 hits to claim a 9-6 victory over the Buffalo Bisons Monday afternoon at Knights Castle. With the win Phillips improves to 8-2 on the season and finds himself in a first place tie with Brandon Duckworth for the most wins in the International League..

Ya, he was pretty highly rated. IIRC he even had some success at the major league level before falling face first. My assumption would be that he got hurt???
