RibbieRubarb
QUOTE(beautox @ Jun 13, 2006 -> 03:03 AM) this is the second tombstone reference i've heard in two days. That movie is so good. Wheres Wyatt? ...down by the creek walkin on water. You die first, get it? Your friends might get me in a rush, but not before I make your head into a canoe. Capn12
QUOTE(chitownsportsfan @ Jun 13, 2006 -> 01:59 AM) I have no confidence in Jon tommorow. Prove me wrong Garland. And for good reason. Jonny G's splits this year: Thats a hellaciously putrid road mark there. Time to work on that Jon!
DBAHO
Jon pitched well against Texas in his last start against them. He'll need to do a much better job at keeping the ball in the park though, especially to those LH hitters like Wilkerson, Texeira etc. So it's important he gets that sinker working, otherwise it's probably going to be a long day. Luckily for us, Loe has been awful ever since we roughed him up.
Allsox
QUOTE(RibbieRubarb @ Jun 13, 2006 -> 11:22 AM) You die first, get it? Your friends might get me in a rush, but not before I make your head into a canoe. How about right before Doc and Johnny Ringo's showdown: Doc: "Play for blood, remember?" Ringo: "I was just foolin' about." Doc: "I wasn't." And going back to tonight's game, I'll put the over/under on runs scored to 18, 10 of them allowed by Garland. I hope I'm wrong but if he keeps nibbling away instead of pounding the inside with fastballs and sinkers, it's batting practice for Texas.
