Benchwarmerjim
how does Glendon Rusch still have a job?
Jordan4life_2007
We better take care of business with the Reds. We're not getting one ounce of help from these pathetic bums.
Brian
Another guy on 2nd for Cubs with nobody out, Let's see if they can get him in. Now I remember how bad it was watching the Sox back in 2002 and 2003 and 2004 at times.
G&T
The Cubs aren't going to help out any. Gonna need a sweep in Cincy.
JackTalkThai
In 1.2 innings of work before being yanked; Rusch gave up a single, 3 doubles, a triple and a homerun. Nice outing! lol
Gregory Pratt
It's time for the Cubs to rally!! The Rally.....Bartman Holy crap, it hurts to watch Pierre hit. Oh, my God. These guys are awful.
Baines3
The Cubs are bad. To be realistic we can't expect the Cubs to compete with the Tigers. This is the only time this year that I will pull for the Cubs.

Phuck the Cubs
I probably f***ing hate the Cubs more than everyone ehre combined, but I know who the real enemy is. I will be rooting for them to win against AL Central teams. I'm also going to bookmark this thread so I know who to b**** at when the season is over should we finish w/in 3 games of the division to any team, and that team had wins against the Cubs. knightni
Hilarious, but it makes me wanna cry a little too.
KevHead0881
Apparently, some of the players aren't sure who to root for in this series... "If you're not paying attention [to Detroit], you're lying,'' Pierzynski said. "We watch the games, and with them playing the Cubs, of course we're going to watch. The tough thing is you're kind of torn on who you root for. You don't really want to root for the Cubs, but you don't want Detroit winning, either.'' THEWOOD
Looks like the Tigers are going to get the sweep. Cubs are putting Prior out there today. I bet he lasts 3 innings before he gets hurt again.

Brian
I had to go to northsidebaseball.com and read some of their game thread. One guy posting was at the game and left after the 1st inning. They are pretty funny in making fun of their players over there. One guy was quoted "If Prior would be allowed to pitch with a towel, he'd be Cy Young." Jordan4life_2007
You have got to be f***ing kidding me! Isn't this the second time this year they've given up 8 HRs in one game? LMAO! This is the worst Cubs team I've ever seen, and that's saying quite a bit.
