The nice thing is that it has been spread around to everyone basically doing solid work out there too. BMAC would be great as the Shields role. He has 4 solid pitches that he can throw for strikes. Last night he really didnt even have to use his out pitch. whitesoxfan101 Posted June 14, 2006 Share Posted June 14, 2006 B-Mac is being used regularly, the suckfests of Nelson and Politte are gone, Montero has been pretty good when he's in, and most important is the split: 21.1 IP, 19 k's, 4 walks. Assumng CP is ok in a week as expected, we have: BAMFBJ Cotts B-Mac Thornton Riske Politte (a healthier one with better stuff hopefully) As long as Politte and Riske stay healthy and just do around what they are capable of, that pen is actually pretty decent.
