Kalapse
Atleast we got Buehrle going tomorrow. With the real lineup in there we should have a much better result.
knightni
QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jun 14, 2006 -> 10:03 PM) I feel a 14 spot coming. PS. Montero ain't half bad. If by 14-spot you mean 1-2-3 inning, then yes.

jphat007
QUOTE(Felix @ Jun 14, 2006 -> 08:05 PM) The Texas announcers seem to think Tracey will be sent back down after today because of the Tracey miss. I would think he'd be gone for that. That and the fact that he has zero control and will get rocked up here.
Flash Tizzle
QUOTE(Whitewashed in @ Jun 14, 2006 -> 09:03 PM) I think Ozzies pretty pissed Sean didn't do it. Considering the whole "the team is a family" stuff. Farmer said Tracey was mad at himself... Why didn't Vazquez retaliate? I'm not going to entirely blame Tracey. We all know his control is suspect. Just another weak minded White Sox pitching prospect unable to record outs when told, or hit batters when told.
Leonard Zelig
I'm watching the Texas station and they just showed Tracey in the dugout. He was obviously very upset with something. They also showed Ozzie's reaction after he got Blalock out and he was pissed.

ottawa_sox
QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 14, 2006 -> 10:03 PM) I have a feeling it will be a mute point after what happens in the 8th. I forsee Ranger hitters pushing each other to the plate - 'no, it's your turn'. Can you imagine having Thornton throwing at you?

That and the fact that he has zero control and will get rocked up here. So, would you say Tracey was another successfull showing from our minor leagues? Guest JimH
I thought JimH said it wasn't steroids? JimH....what's the story on this? Although I'm not there and don't know the whole story, what I read and was told about Valido is he was drinking one of those energy drinks with a banned substance, Valido himself admitted it was a stupid mistake. As for Montero, his suspension was vigorously appealed (but not overturned) because he had a legit medical prescription which apparantly contained something which caused a positive test. Either way, mistakes were made and that's what it ultimately comes down to. Personally I believe there are innocent mistakes, vs. intentionally cheating ... like Canseco for example. The hell does it matter? Throw at him two times or fifty, atleast do what you're told. As if Guillen removing him after the out didn't make it obvious enough. Tracey failed at hitting a f***ing batter. Send him back to the minors with the rest of the scrubs.
