WilliamTell
Does anyone know why he went to Japan last year. He hit over 30 homers for the Expos in 2004. I have always wondered if he took steriods.

Buehrle>Wood
IRRC, there was absolutly no interest in him. And it was a surprise at the time that no one would take a chance on him.
WilliamTell
I don't know, I have just wondered because he has been absolutely terrible with the Twins after having many seasons with a good number of homers.
Punch and Judy Garland
I don't think he hit enough homers to have any real suspicion. He went to Japan because nobody wanted him. It's more possible to hit 35 homers when you air it out every time Plantier style.
loltrain
My impression is that he always sucked, he just had a couple years where his crappy stats were covered up by alot of homers.
Heath
He had some very nice years for the Blue Jays and Orioles, hit 40 once. Never hits for average and strikes out way too much He's a nice stop-gap at 3rd - never knew why the Twins gave up on Koskie or let Cuddyer stick around and play 3rd. Benchwarmerjim
El Cheapo Twins wouldnt fork out the dough for Koskie. They needed a place for Cuddyers bat so thats how he ended up at 3rd He sucked there but the Twins loved his bat so they stuck Cuddy out in RF and he seems to have found a home The Twins are weak in teh minor league at infeilders. Matt Moses is a prospect in AA but needs a lot of work on his feilding
