Triple-A Durham's B.J. Upton was arrested early Friday morning in North Carolina and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Upton was stopped at 3:30 a.m. for traveling 51 mph in a 30 mph zone. He flunked a Breathalyzer test when he registered a .11 blood-alcohol level, higher than the legal limit of .08. Not that Upton was close to being called up anyway, but this will hurt his already diminished chances of making an impact in the second half of the year. Jun. 16 - 4:30 pm et
