minors
These sick freaks they started killing all the way back in May 2002. And of course now he admits it because the liberal Supreme Court ruled he could not get the death penalty because he was 17 in stead of 18. This guy knew what he was doing and his action were very much adult behavior and should have recieved the same punishment as the other guy. Balance
QUOTE(minors @ Jun 17, 2006 -> 04:53 PM) These sick freaks they started killing all the way back in May 2002. And of course now he admits it because the liberal Supreme Court ruled he could not get the death penalty because he was 17 in stead of 18. This guy knew what he was doing and his action were very much adult behavior and should have recieved the same punishment as the other guy. Sniper With Roberts and Alito on the court now, the Supreme Court is anything but liberal. This is not, of course, important to you. Anything with which you disagree is automatically "liberal." Anything with which you disagree is automatically "liberal." You certainly do not know your facts at all the court ruled on MARCH 1ST 2005 when those two justices we no where close to the court. So I suggest before you rip on somebody that you have your f***ing facts straight which doesn't matter to you anyway because if isn't left wing you automatically called it conservative Malvo MARCH 1ST 2005
LowerCaseRepublican
Juvenile capital punishment is a disturbing trend. The only countries still officially supporting the practice are Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. I'm quite glad the SCOTUS voted the way it did. And I would agree with you 97% of time but what Malvo done clearly showed adult behavior and needed to be executed for his actions he for no reason destroyed many families and killed innocent and unsuspecting victims.
