Guest JimH
since spring training began, the Media ran wild with "its cubs' turn now" and gave them a disproportionate amount of coverage considering the SOX just won the World Series and shouldve dominated the media coverage. Just wondering hangar, do you have proof of this "running wild" stuff and "disproportionate coverage"? Or is this just like all the rest of your data, your subjective opinion? Also why would one team dominate coverage when the focus is looking forward, i.e. to the 2006 season? Isn't that subjective reasoning on your part, i.e. the way you personally want it to be? I believe it is quite fair to say the White Sox dominated media coverage in October, when the actual event was taking place. Spring training though, is 2006, and focused on 2006, not 2005.
