SoxFanInDallas
I look at the numbers and it is appalling. We need to do better folks! I submitted 20 ballots at the Rangers-Sox game last Wednesday. (1B- Konerko, 2B-Iguchi, SS- M. Young, 3B - Crede, OF - Dye, Pods, and Matthews Jr.) I think we really need to get a campaign going to show how STUPID fan voting is and have the whole damn city vote for Anderson about 10 times each. That is all the Yank/Red Sox fans do. Vote for all their players regardless how good they are.

southsider2k5
There are plenty of people submitting ballots from here, thank you very much. If you paid attention you would notice all of the respective White Sox have been making moves up the ranks in the balloting.

mreye
I know in the past you had to go searching for the ballots at the park. Are they handing them out like they should be?

Well, If Varitek (.258, 7HR, 30 RBI) can get elected, Pods most certainly can deserve my vote.
Greg Hibbard
You know what? The Yankees and Red Sox can have their all star game. I'll take the rest for many of our best players, thank you very much.

MSHAWKS
I've seen Frank Thomas passed over way too many times in terms of All-star selections to give a s*** anymore about the game and who appears in it.
RockRaines
Ozzie is going to take his players anyway.

BigSqwert
QUOTE(RockRaines @ Jun 20, 2006 -> 11:24 AM) Ozzie is going to take his players anyway. I don't think it's as easy as Ozzie bringing anyone he wants from his team. You have to take into account that each team gets at least 1 representative. For instance, if for some reason 3 or 4 crappy teams wind up getting an outfielder as their lone representative (On top of the 3 that get voted in), there may not be enough room on the roster for someone like Dye. As long as Count, Dye and Thome are there, I don't care and I know all 3 will be there.
