Buehrle>Wood
QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jun 21, 2006 -> 01:17 AM) According to Baseball Almanac.com, the record for most runs in an inning in the AL is 17, by the 1953 Red Sox. Way off. I guess I was thinking club record, but looks like that stands at 13.

fathom
QUOTE(brijames @ Jun 21, 2006 -> 01:38 AM) What has happened to Mulder. He has been lit up like a christmas tree a lot this year. He lost his velocity, and that makes all of his other pitches so much less effective. Why did he lose his velocity? He's thrown a lot of innings in his career, and maybe some of his health problems he's had are lingering.

fathom
QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Jun 21, 2006 -> 01:43 AM) Edit: He left his velocity in 2003 I've seen him pitch since he was in high school, and his velocity never shot up when he went to the majors. I highly doubt he was into performance-enhancers.
