bigruss
QUOTE (whitesox91403 @ Sep 10, 2008 -> 03:37 PM) Is he really this bad? How can he be a 1st round pick if he is that awful? I believe he was a highly regarded pitcher as a sophomore and was injured and was only okay as a junior, but the sox drafted him hoping he would regain his form and become a top pitcher again, I could be wrong on much of this info, anyone with a stronger collegiate baseball background want to help out? ThunderBolt
I’m betting we see either a non-merit based promotion for McCulloch to AAA or a move to the bullpen soon. I get the impression that the organization is very disgruntled with him at this point, and will either want to move him up to see how he reacts, or try to give him a chance to find a chance at a foothold in the pen.
