WilliamTell
QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 03:09 PM) Jim Thome is pretty good. Can he pitch? He can sure play first base, maybe they'll leave him in.
Jordan4life_2007
QUOTE(soxunited @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 03:12 PM) Yep, I do. In my eyes, the Twins are head and shoulders above the Tigers and I would want to the see the Sox beat the best LOL. To each his own, I guess. I'll s*** my pants if the Twins somehow get into the playoffs.
Greg The Bull Luzinski
QUOTE(Jordan4life_2006 @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 03:12 PM) You know how Buehrle has about 3 or 4 games a year in which he gets rocked? This was one of those games. He had nothing from the first pitch. But we are destined to hear bulls*** about pitch tipping for the next several days. This was one of those games. He had nothing from the first pitch. He's already had 4 games where he's gotten rocked this year so I hope that means he's automatic from here on out. Haha Seriously, I'm only negative towards the aspects that deserve it. This offense is insane, and they're showing why right now.

Flash Tizzle
I have to say I'm absolutely disgusted with Buehrle. I don't give a f*** about wind conditions or merely a bad day with location. You score 6 runs off Zambrano, more often than not, you expect to win. Zambrano is pitching to one of the best offensive teams in the league whereas Buehrle's pitching to the worst. I don't expect 11 runs on the board. I'm going to bring it up only once, but when people criticize me for putting Liriano and Santana in a league above Contreras and Buehrle these are prime examples. Neither pitcher would EVER give up 11 run....EVER. Regardless of conditions.
GoRowand33
QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 03:16 PM) I think you will be surprised after today. If I do hear that out of anyone after the game(Mark,Oz,ect) I will be VERY disipointed. especially after he sucked after the first inning
Jordan4life_2007
Man, if Mark could've just had a bad outing. Something like 6 runs allowed. I didn't expect us to knock Zambrano around like this.

Right now Liriano hasn't done it enough for me to put him as high as Santana. Who knows what's going to happen next year or the rest of this year even. Way to go Paul!
