LowerCaseRepublican
This strike zone is ridiculous. I was watching Ortiz's last AB. After he got 2 strikes, the ump wouldn't call anything borderline. It was such a f***ing joke. And a nice base hit by Anderson. w00t! Let's light up the Bloody Sawk.

SoxFanForever
QUOTE(southsideirish71 @ Jul 9, 2006 -> 07:03 PM) I think we can finally say, NO MORE MACK in CF. Mack can play LF when Mr. Playboy needs a day off. ^^^^^^^^

fathom
Pods with an amazing AB. It seems like we're playing not to lose this series, while the Red Sox have been very aggressive. Why not implement a 3-1 hit-and-run with Pods at the dish? Edited July 9, 2006 by fathom

southsideirish71
Nice contact on the 3-1 fastball down the cock Pods. Then nice contact once again on the 3-2 hit and run. How about more Mack in LF. Pods is providing nothing but the faint glimse of speed. His BA is not good. His defense is terrible and we are not the smallball team anymore. What he provides in speed and disruption is not worth his pathetic bat and his pathetic defense.

stretchstretch
Boston would beat us 10 out of 10 games right now if this went for 7 more games, we literally can do absolutely nothing right, 3-4-5 hitters completely ineffective, can't bunt, can't steal, can't get a lucky bloop to fall even,, that NL weakass pitching created a mirage for the past month on how good this team really is

Pods and his ability is worthless with our current offensive roster. You don't need a SB guy with the 3-4-5 we have. The Red Sox know this damn well, and I really like how they're letting Youkilis lead off.
