WhiteSoxfan1986
This year the Indians added a rookie team in the gulf coast league, which means they have three rookie/short season teams here in the states (mahoning valley and Burlington are the other two). Every other team in baseball has two. How are they allowed to have more than two? The funny thing is Shapiro is the same guy who proposed that teams only be allowed one rookie team. Its still funny how Shapiro wanted every team to have to get rid of a rookie team and then he adds one.
southsider2k5
I believe the only real limit is the amount of money you are willing to put out for a minor league system. If you want to have a bunch of teams, I don't think there is anything to stop you from it.
