i thought this was interesting.

Jul 20 Daily Southtown's Nathaniel Whalen reports Chicago White Sox SP Javier Vazquez entered play Wednesday, July 19, limiting hitters to a .228 average the first time up and .229 the second time through the order, but that number increased to .349 the third time batters have come up. The same scenario unfolded in the game Wednesday, as he worked five quick innings against the Detroit Tigers before allowing five runs in the sixth inning, with four of them coming on a grand slam. Vazquez said he is frustrated by the results even though he feels like he's throwing the ball well.

We really need to show the Twins that they cant hang with us and get a sweep right here. Not only would it put a safe distance between us and them but by beating a team on a run like the Twins has to be a huge confidence booster and for them losing 3 games after being so close would be a definite downer.
