I'm sure Kenny has already talked with MB this morning.

If I were Kenny, I would ask him one simple question: DO YOU WANT TO BE HERE?

If he is sincere and wants to stay, then he's Sox property for another 4 years. If he doesn't want to be here, Kenny will trade him somewhere after the season - if not during the season.

We already know Colon is gonzo after the season ends - if we lose Colon and Buehrle, then our pitching staff is completely f#cked. The thought of having Loaiza as our #1 and Garland as our #2 makes me feel like puking on my desk.

a few bad outtings and you all turn like a pack of wolves ready to feed.............damn.........

Few bad outings??? He had what 5 bad outings. Look at his ERA 5.18. His record 2-10, he should be on 4-8. Because he had some good outings, but he had more bad outings than good.

What are you talking about? So the Sox aren't scoring for him...how does that make HIS ERA go up? That makes no sense. His JOB is to keep the other team from scoring. If what the Sox are doing on offense is affecting his ability to do that, he needs to go back to the minors. Maybe that will help him remember what he's paid to do.

If Mark's ERA were in the low to mid 3's like it was last year and in 2001, we'd have 3 or 4 more wins. That would make a big difference in our position right now. Why are you so down on this team?

I want him here. Next season he will have a good year, this his bad year. But waht he said last night tell us one thing, if one team offer more to him he will go in a hurry.

He won't be a free agent until 2006 I think.

So a team can offer him all they want, but he can't do a thing about it.

IF the Cards make a phone call to him and offer some money, he will go to KW and will say, one more time: "I would love to play in Stlouis!"

The Cards can't talk to him. That's tampering. We'd have to contact them about a trade, or them contact us about a trade.

So you are saying that all of this players plays for us just for money, they hate the sox? I dont understand how you defend him so much. If a guy on my team says that he would love to play in other team, and he is one of the best player on the team, i would get sad.

Well, you're a lot closer to death than I am, so I guess I have more patience than you do. ;)

But in all seriousness, if you feel that this team is talented enough to be in 1st, why is it so inconceivable to you that we make up this difference in the standings? We've played a lot better lately, but we still haven't come close to playing as good as we're capable of.

All of us haven't given up like you have.

What???

Tampering is against the rules. I'm not sure what the penalty is for it, but I'm sure it is harse. The Cardinals cannot call Buehrle up and discuss signing him/trading for him, unless either they have our permission to, we contact them about making a trade, or they contact us about making a trade.
