Chisoxfn Posted November 9, 2002 Share Posted November 9, 2002 I'm kind of curious as to why, just because someone is on the Cubs and no longer is with them it makes them trash or scrubby garbage? I mean just cause Kimm wasn't going to manage their doesn't mean he stinks. They raved about how good of a AAA manager he was and how great of a baseball guy he is. I know the players who he played for thought the same. Ya, he wasn't cut out to be a manager in the majors, but he didn't exactly have a lot to work with either. Oh ya, are you guys also saying that when Maddux left the Cubs he was crappy too? I know one thing, their are a lot of Cubs that I'd take to help our club, mainly most of their starting pitchers.
