Heads22
The expert from Minor League Ball and formerly ESPN has agreed to take questions for FutureSox.com. Submit general questions about Sox prospects, or the growth of lack of growth of the system. FYI, the Josh Fields interview will take place once Jason gives me his questions. danman31
Do you think Josh Fields will be in a White Sox uniform next season or is he likely to be traded in the offseason? Of the lower level minor leaguers, who in the system sticks out to you?
Jim Spencer
Heads, I have a question for Josh Fields if it hasn't been asked. If given a choice, would you rather have your September Call-Up or play in the International League Playoffs?
CWSGuy406
I have a couple of questions (you don't have to submit them all) -Do you think Ray Liotta can bounce back after his struggles in AA, as well as being sent down back to Winston Salem? -What type of player do you see Ryan Sweeney turning into? Scouts tend to that he will eventually develop more power, but the stats have yet to back that up. He is hitting for a little bit more power this year (.442 SLG%), but some of that probably has to do with the bandbox he's playing in. -What are your thoughts on Lance Broadway? -Now that the system has been emptied out (especially with the recent trade sending Lumsden and Cortes to Kansas City), any sleepers in A-ball that we as Sox fans should look out for? Your hunch is most definitely right. Home = .503, Away = .375.
dasox24
Who do you see as a potential sleeper from the recent 2006 draft?
Chisoxfn
I'm really looking forward to this and than ones with Wilder and Schaffer cause this will give us an idea of what an outside analyst thinks of the systems and than a bit about what our own organizational guys like as well as there draft/scouting philosphies. maggsmaggs
Hey, Jas, did Hahn ever respond to you? But for Sickels: What do you think of Aaron Cunningham, does he have a bright future?
Chisoxfn
QUOTE(maggsmaggs @ Aug 3, 2006 -> 06:02 PM) Hey, Jas, did Hahn ever respond to you? But for Sickels: What do you think of Aaron Cunningham, does he have a bright future? I found out my email was going through junk on certain filters so I gotta resend my emails to Hahn and Wilder and am still working on getting Shaffer's email. I'll resend, unless you feel more comfortable sending to Rick since you've dealt with him in the past?

I'll let you because I have Rick on twice a year on my radio shows, so I don't want him to think I am using him too much, if that makes sense. I need to keep him happy since one day he will be a GM and I can still hopefully get him for shows. When u e-mail him, just say your from futuresox.com and I am sure he will be more than willing, real nice guy. Also, when do you want the prospect reviews done by? Uhh...Monday or so would be sweet, but no worries if its a little later. Speaking of which I'm going to put your draft piece back up as the main piece tomorrow since it didn't get as much hay time due to the site being hacked this past weekend.
