What is the velocity on phillips fastball, and what other pitches does he throw because i'v heard about him being like MB.

Phillips is in the high 80's, low 90's, has good, but not great control and his fastball is pretty straight. Good change-up and slider. Great pickoff move and fields his position very well. Doesn't have the cutter like Mark nor the control, but he is very similar. IMO, he could pitch better than Vaz and Garcia right now.

Shelby and Cassel are both really getting on a role in Great Falls. I know, I know, it's just rookie league, but I still think it's good to see them do well anyway. Also, I had no idea Fields had 20 SB's this year. That's pretty solid, especially for a 3B.

Not to deflate his total, but I think both of his full-season totals are a product of Razorball.

I don't think those SBs translate into much of anything at the major league level. More than anything, I think they may show that he has adequate enough speed to play the OF though.
